Jim Ricci - Daily Contact
Jim has been working in the solid waste and recycling industry since 1989; for industry leaders Marathon Equipment (as National Account Manager Mid-West/West Regions), Galbreath (USA National Account Manager), Waste Management (Sales Management and Regional/National Account Management), and Eastern Waste Industries (Allied/Republic Waste) (Sales Management). He has held positions of sales management, regional and national solid waste management, and for the past 10 years or more, in the actual sales of both solid waste and recycling equipment through ongoing sales and consultation with both national haulers and recyclers (Waste Management, Allied Waste, Oakleaf Waste, Smurfit SWRS, Greenstar (Delta Management), and many others), as well as direct sales to national retailers (Target, Best Buy, Office Max, Sears/K-Mart, Red Robin, Safeway, SuperValu/Albertsons, CVS, Walgreens, etc.).
Jim is extremely knowledgeable about the solid waste and recycling industry and approaches the client as a partnership, matching their needs to available product based on industry knowledge...he brings many facets of our industry to the table. He has been extremely involved with design of solid waste and recycling processes from the ground up. One Stop Shopping is a specialty for the team he has assembled. With Marathon Equipment Company, his last employer before setting out on his own, he won many awards over the years for sales excellence to include nearly annual "Budget Buster" recognition, President's Club status for the years 2001, 2003, and 2005. Jim was named Salesman of the Year for Marathon in 2005 and his success can be fully measured through constant sales growth of bringing the mid-west and western national account territories from $600k in 1999 to nearly $7 million in annual sales in 2008.
Besides the above history, Jim spent over ten years in banking as a vice president with Mellon Bank Corporation, as well as time in private business. He has extensive background in sales management, marketing, finance and financial planning, and public relations.
He is a dual degreed individual with a Bachelor of Commercial Science/Bachelor Business Administration (Accounting and Management) from the Benjamin Franklin University School of Business and Public Management at The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

Tony Saine - Eastern/Mid-West Regions
Tony is President and Owner of Custom Installations LLC. He has been performing this type of work for over nine years. Tony started Custom Installation LLC in 2005 with one goal in mind, to offer professional service and installation of waste and recycling reduction equipment nationwide. His company has provided services from Arizona to South Dakota and all over the east coast to the south. Custom Installation is located in north-west Alabama and will travel any where in the continental USA. Custom Installation can provide one to three two man crews at any location, with no job being to big or to little. His company has done national account installations for companies such as: Wal-Mart, Target, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath and Beyond, Michaels, CVS, Kohl's, Best Buy, and many large recycling centers nationwide. They have installed all sizes of vertical and horizontal balers, compactors, steel belt and slider bed conveyors, dust collection systems, and even MRF's.
Skeeter Gosney - Mountain/West Regions
Skeeter is President and Owner of Front Range Maintenance, Inc. He and his team has been performing this type of work for over thirty seven years. Skeeter started Front Range Maintenance in 1972 servicing grocery chains and is the primary vendor of choice for Safeway Rocky Mountain Region. With this in mind, he set out to offer professional service and installation of waste and recycling reduction equipment throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. FRM is located in the Denver Colorado metro area and can travel any where in the Rocky Mountains Region of the USA and includes Arizona. Front Range Maintenance has the manpower and crews with no job being to large or small. His company has done national account installations for companies such as: Safeway, Sports Authority, Wal-Mart, Target, Ross Dress for Less, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, and many others. They have installed all sizes of vertical and horizontal balers, compactors, steel belt and slider bed conveyors, dust collection systems, and other specialty equipment.

Germana is President and Owner of Industrial Crew, Inc. She and her team has been performing this type of installation work for over twelve years.
